Tom Mitchell Managing Partner
Tom specialises in large transformation programmes across a variety of industries, most recently in the Public Sector. He has led and delivered end-to end change management to a number of his clients mostly facing the challenge of adopting new technologies, new ways of working aligned to the Digital challenge.
He focusses his efforts in building awareness and understanding of the importance of business change, user engagement and adoption and its correlation to delivering successful change and benefits realisation.
He is an SME in change management and was responsible for training consulting graduates over multiple previous years at Deloitte – this has enabled him to up-skill client teams in building their own business change capability and toolkits. He strives to build high performing and cohesive teams to help bring about success in delivering value and impact on the programmes he works on alongside his clients.
Joe Kipling Partner
Joe is a Business Change Manager and Workplace Consultant with previous experience of delivering complex and challenging real estate and workplace programmes across multiple geographies, both nationally and internationally.
Throughout her career Joe has undertaken roles as a Programme Director along with programme and project management; delivering real estate, new ways of working and large scale move programmes for a variety of different organisations, including national security, telecoms, tech, oil, gas and utilities, along with telecoms, local government and the NHS.
As a qualified Coach and Mentor with a Masters Degree in Access & Inclusive Design, Joe continues to work with industry leaders up and down the UK.
Michael Hughes Partner
Michael has worked in the public sector for over fourteen years, most recently he was the Communications and Engagement Lead for three large transformation programmes on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service influencing over 45,000 people.
Michael has worked for the Association of Chief Police Officers writing and publishing national policing policy and also worked for Hampshire Constabulary in the change arena.
Alongside this Michael has provided Communications, Stakeholder Management and Business Change expertise to other large public sector organisations.
Prior to working in the public sector Michael was the PR & Marketing Manager for one of the UK's largest produce suppliers, working with all the major multiple retailers on marketing strategy, point of sale and Public Relations.
