We supported our Change Righters with training courses in Mental Health First Aid and Tableau
Place
We supported our local communities by:
- Delivering value add wellbeing support and workshops to our clients
- Provided community development support to one of our Partners to encourage community cohesion and inclusion during the COVID pandemic by providing comms and engagement materials for events.
- Helping with fundraising for a local community centre in West Yorkshire.
- Providing time off for our team to not only get their COVID vaccines and boosters, but to volunteer at the COVID vaccination centres too.
- Annual charity event: we supported education and development in Uganda by taking part in a challenge to walk (virtually) over 5000 miles between the UK and Uganda to raise funds for Kids Club Kampala, an educational charity that helps children in Uganda to survive and thrive
- Christmas giving: we sponsored a guide dog with the Guide Dogs for the Blind

Continue to invest in our Change Righters, providing training and support as required
Place
We will continue to support local, national and global volunteer activities, particularly those that deliver improved employment opportunities for diverse communities. In 2022 we plan to:
- Continue to support Kids Club Kampala with coaching and business consultancy support
- Continue to offer wellbeing support, Mental Health First Aid Training and coaching to our clients
- Develop relationships with other boutique and locally based consultancies that can enhance our skillset and support us to compete with the established global big 4 consultancies
Planet
- We are currently designing a training programme that will equip our Change Righters with the skills and knowledge to be able to reduce their carbon footprint while working from home.
- Already this year, as part of our endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint, we have offset 9.71t of CO2e through wind projects in Thailand and Vietnam; this equates to 7 long haul flights or 29 metres of sea ice saved!
- In addition, we have planted 142 trees across the planet including mangrove planting in Madagascar, reforestation in Kenya, responsible planting in Nicaragua and forest gardens in Uganda.
